The McCormick Foundation Journalism team is excited to work with you in supporting your work in journalistic excellence.  Please note that grant acknowledgement forms are being mailed via U.S. Postal Service. Please sign and return the forms via fax or e-mail as soon as possible.

In the meantime, we’ve prepared this tip-sheet with helpful deadlines, marketing and contact information below to assist you during your grant period.

Grant timeline
September 2011: Grant acknowledgement letters sent out
October 2012: Grant acknowledgement forms due
January 2012: Payments made
May 1, 2012: Letters of inquiry due for 2013 funding/renewals
November 2012: Common reporting forms distributed
January 2013: Common reporting forms due
January 2013: Second payments made (for multi-year grant recipients)
